UMass Global Transcript & Account Support
If you need help accessing your transcript, logging into your UMass Global account, or resolving technical issues, you're in the right place.
Transcript Requests
Before you order:
Log in to MyUMassGlobal and view your unofficial transcript first. Do not place an official order until your grade and credits appear correctly.
HIDOE Reminder:
If you're submitting your transcript to the Hawai‘i DOE for salary step credit, make sure it includes the line: "Course comment grade posted [date]". This line may not appear if you order too early, which can delay salary processing.
When should I order?
Expect up to 5 business days for your instructor to submit grades, plus an additional ~5 business days for UMass Global to post them. Wait at least 10 full business days from your final coursework submission before ordering.
Browser tip:
Use Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on a personal computer. Avoid mobile devices or school-issued computers, which may block key functions.

UMass Global Account Support
If you're locked out of your account, or your email, name, or device has changed, here's how to fix it:
- Do not create a new account. This causes duplicate records, failed registrations, and missing transcripts.
- Instead, reset your password or contact UMass Global support directly.
Password Reset:
- UMass Global Account Self-Service (password reset)
- If you've already set up Multi-Factor Authentication, you can also use the direct password reset page.
- No MFA set up yet? Call the UMass Global Service Desk at (855) 553-3007. For security reasons, password resets cannot be processed by email.

If your name has changed (e.g., due to marriage), contact support to request a name change form. Never create a new account to reflect a name change.
